If it goes back in the box

Sometimes a set needs to go back. Returns, refunds and replacements all run through the partner store where you ordered.

A piece is missing

Try first. Count against the contents list on the listing; small animals sometimes hide inside the houses.

Then. Still missing: open your order at the partner store and request a replacement.

Try first. Check the batteries and the on/off and volume switches.

Then. Still silent: choose return or replacement on your order page.

Try first. Press the tip on scrap paper for a few seconds and make sure caps were closed.

Then. Still dry: request a replacement through the store.

Try first. Compare the box with the listing you ordered.

Then. Use the store's return option for an exchange or refund.
